Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking a hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead one of our high-volume wireless retail locations. You will drive sales, coach a team, manage inventories, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in-person.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership in wireless or consumer electronics, strong analytical and coaching skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless, broadband, or consumer electronics.
• Proven success driving sales and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless knowledge preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within a 35‑mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps and act on growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the team stays up to date on products and promotions.

Pay: $55,000 per year + Commission

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
