MCC, Inc. is seeking a dependable Redi-Mix Concrete Driver to support our Northeast Wisconsin routes. The role starts with on‑the‑job training and safety is a top priority.

You will deliver concrete safely and on time, maintain product quality, and develop strong relationships with customers while answering inquiries. CDL Class B is required.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with a current Federal Medical Card and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication.
• Able to read maps and follow clear instructions.
• Safety-focused with ability to assess hazards and work safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic math preferred.
• Experience with concrete helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver redi-mix concrete safely and on time; maintain product quality.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to inquiries.
• Cross-train on other duties including operating dump truck or loader.
• Work safely on job sites around moving equipment and traffic; keep equipment clean.
