Advanced Concrete, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking dependable CDL Drivers to join our family-owned ready-mix team.

You will safely operate concrete trucks delivering to residential and commercial sites, with emphasis on safety and customer service. Qualifications

Valid Class B CDL (Class A accepted).
Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
A safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ready-mix experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
Ability to lift 75lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites.
Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
Work with dispatch, plant personnel, contractors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain a clean and professional truck.
Assist with loading, unloading, and jobsite responsibilities.
Represent Advanced Concrete with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
