MCC, Inc. is seeking a dependable Redi-Mix Concrete Driver to support our Northeast Wisconsin routes. The role starts with on‑the‑job training and safety is a top priority.

You will deliver concrete safely and on time, maintain product quality, and develop strong relationships with customers while answering inquiries. CDL Class B is required.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with a current Federal Medical Card and a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication.
• Able to read maps and follow clear instructions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic math preferred.
• Experience with concrete helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver redi-mix concrete safely and on time; maintain product quality.

• Cross-train on other duties including operating dump truck or loader.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Redi-Mix drivers are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of redi‑mix concrete to our customers. After completing the training program, drivers must maintain product quality throughout delivery, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and provide frontline sales, including responding to customer inquiries.

Safety is a top priority. Drivers must work safely on all job sites, around moving equipment and traffic. They must keep equipment clean and comply with company policy and governing agency rules.

MCC, Inc. requires employees to cross‑train on other duties or work tasks, including operating dump truck, loader, or other related equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class B CDL with a current Federal Medical Card and an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, and to give and comprehend clear instructions.
• Reasoning skills (problem solving and troubleshooting).
• Ability to assess job‑site hazards and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; basic math preferred.
• Experience with concrete and knowledge of concrete materials/additives is helpful but not required.
• Basic mechanical capabilities preferred.
