Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a reliable Concrete Mixer Driver to deliver ready-mix concrete. You will operate a concrete mixer truck safely, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.

This full-time role requires a valid CDL with air brake endorsement, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work early mornings and weekends in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the truck and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations at all times.
