Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Reddit Marketing Intern to build our organic brand presence across Reddit, Quora and other relevant communities. You will research conversations, craft high-quality posts, and manage our subreddit with planning, posting, engagement, and moderation.

The role requires excellent English writing, strong research skills, and the ability to analyze user intent and audience needs. This is an on-site internship in a collaborative Ed-Tech environment under TAL Education

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on Reddit and Quora community management.
• Excellent English writing, editing and research skills.
• Able to analyze user intent and audience needs.
• Knowledge of Reddit culture, rules, moderation and engagement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations on Reddit and Quora.
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide value.
• Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including planning, posting, engagement and moderation.
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities.
• Track content performance and identify new growth opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging online communities and tailor engagement strategies.
