Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Reddit Marketing Intern to build our organic brand on Reddit, Quora, and related communities. You will create credible, helpful content that aligns with Think Academy’s resources and avoid overt promotion.

The role requires at least one year of experience managing Reddit/Quora accounts, excellent English writing and research skills, and the ability to analyze user intent. Remote, part-time (30 hours/week) for 6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora communities.
• Excellent English writing, editing and research skills.
• Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently, with ownership of projects and results.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations on Reddit and Quora.
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value.
• Manage Think Academy’s subreddit: content planning, posting, engagement, moderation.
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities.
• Track content performance and identify new growth opportunities.
• Identify and evaluate emerging online communities and develop tailored engagement strategies.
