Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Red Team Operator II to support advanced cyber threat emulation in Colorado Springs, CO. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, IAT II certs, and a background in offensive cyber operations within complex environments.

As part of Millennium's elite team, you will drive adversary emulation across DoD/federal clients, mentor junior operators, and contribute to SOPs and training efforts while collaborating with stakeholders on mission-critical assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience OR six years with an Associate’s Degree.
• IAT Level II Sec+, OSCP, Sec X, RTJC, or other cyber security certificates required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proven experience in Red Team operations or offensive cyber security.
• Strong understanding of adversary tactics and MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence-driven cyber threat emulation to replicate adversary TTPs.
• Support cyber exercises, evaluations, and training engagements.
• Operate as part of a Red Team to test system resilience in contested environments.
• Collaborate to develop SOPs for Red Team operations.
• Mentor and onboard new Red Team operators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of offensive cyber capabilities.
• Assist in business development activities as needed.
• Must be comfortable with prolonged desk work and lifting up to 10-15 pounds.
