Job summary

Millennium Corporation seeks a Red Team Security Engineer to join our Washington DC area team in a hybrid capacity. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility and hands-on experience performing advanced adversary simulations across networks, endpoints, and cloud services.

You will lead in-depth red team operations, collaborate with SOC and Blue Team, and develop testing methodologies, threat models, and risk-based remediation plans to strengthen defense postures.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility is required.
• BS plus 5+ years of experience or 5 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Security+ certification required; OSCP/GPEN/CEH/CCNA/CISSP desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and detect cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks.
• Assist with integrated, dynamic cyber defense and maintain security toolsets to support continuous monitoring and authorization programs.
• Determine security requirements by researching information security standards and conducting risk assessments.
• Implement security systems and intrusion detection methodologies; provide support to SOC and Blue Team.
• Develop and implement test scripts to verify security controls.
• Maintain security by monitoring compliance with standards and procedures and conducting incident response analyses.
• Design, develop, and integrate DoD-like IA architectures for computing and network environments.
• Ensure architecture and design of systems are functional and secure.
