Job summary

DirectViz Solutions, LLC (DVS) is seeking a Red Team Offensive Tool Developer to advance penetration testing and offensive security initiatives. The candidate should bring strong exploit and tool development skills, programming and scripting proficiency, and a drive to close capability gaps in Red Team operations.

Required TS/SCI clearance or higher, and willingness to work on-site at Dam Neck, VA. This role emphasizes tool creation, vulnerability analysis, and collaboration on evolving attack

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of full-time professional experience supporting Red Team/Penetration Test engagements involving exploit and tool development.
• Experience developing in at least three scripting/programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Assembly, C#, Rust).
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience identifying gaps in tools and development techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom tools and exploits to support Red Team operations.
• Identify, analyze, and exploit vulnerabilities in OS, networks, and applications.
• Collaborate with team to improve tools, tactics, and procedures.
