Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks a senior Red Team Lead Engineer to guide adversary-emulation efforts across enterprise apps, cloud, and infrastructure. You will design threat-informed tests, lead a team, and ensure testing aligns with approvals, regulatory expectations, and safety within scopes.

You will collaborate with security, technology, and risk stakeholders to mature the testing program, refine methodologies, and provide remediation guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced security experience.
• 4–6 years leading and/or conducting penetration testing or red-team activities.
• Broad expertise across networks, operating systems, cloud, and security controls.
• Ability to script and automate tasks using common languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute adversary-emulation activities to assess defenses.
