Job summary

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort & Hotel is seeking a Dish Machine Operator to support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and related items for guests and staff. You will maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while operating the dish machine and stock serving stations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, being 18 years or older, and prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items according to departmental policies and procedures.

• Maintain proper temperatures and chemicals while running the dish machine.
• Stock serving stations with plates and utensils.
• Properly clean and sanitize work area during and after shift.
• Remove garbage and clean garbage cans as needed.
