Kuber Oregon LLC is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Red Robin in Tualatin, OR. Take the helm of a beloved casual dining brand, driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and profitability.

You will recruit and develop a 30+ member team, manage P&L, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while maintaining brand hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, budgets, and restaurant financial performance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 30+ employees.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.
• Drive sales growth and meet financial targets including labor cost, food cost, and overall P&L management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reduces turnover and boosts employee engagement.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain Red Robin brand standards for hospitality.
