The Salvation Army USA Central Territory in Wisconsin is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to support the Red Kettle Campaign. You will recruit and schedule volunteer bell ringers, coordinate kettle locations, and manage funds and reporting throughout the season.

This part-time role requires a valid driver's license and experience with customer service or sales. Compensation is $17 per hour, with a start date of 2026-10-26 and end date of 2026-12-31.

Qualifications

• Education: N/A
• Certifications: Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier required.
• Experience: Dealing with people in a customer service or sales role

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and signing up volunteer bell ringers & groups and establishing dates, times and locations
• Contacting via phone or email volunteer bell ringers to schedule ringing timesCall local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorship
• Responsible for transferring money to bank for processing per applicable guidelines
• Responsible for entering daily funds into tracking spreadsheet and online SA tracker (to be determined by local Service Rep)
• Promote bell ringing opportunities in the community
• Maintain Kettle Equipment - Keep clean and inspect for damage
• Thank you notes to volunteers and kettle locations
• Make copies of checks dropped in kettles and get them to Field Rep
• Complete end of season paperwork and turn it in to Field Rep
