Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Recycling & Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee daily recycling and warehouse operations at the Mills facility. You will support the Warehouse Manager, supervise staff, and ensure safety, quality, and excellent donor/customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1 year of management experience, and a valid MO/IL license. A strong team leadership mindset and proficiency with inventory systems are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
• One year of management experience is required.
• Valid MO or IL state driver’s license and insurance is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service and teamwork.
• Leadership skills to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and recycling operations, resources, and budgets to meet goals.
• Model values and promote safety, ethics, and quality.
