Position Type: Hourly Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $15.00

Bonus Pay: Up to $250/month

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to designated areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report quality variances.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types; perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Move products from staging and storage areas into trailers efficiently.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, salvage, and trash, following established guidelines.
• Use machinery safely and appropriately for tipping or compacting designated products for sale or recycling.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with team members and leadership.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly; assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for inventory control and security.
• Safeguard company property and personal information; report theft, misappropriation, or unethical behavior to management or HR.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, safety, and security regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
