The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking, and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers. The warehouse associate manages the movement of all materials within the warehouse and ensures the overall appearance and safety protocols are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer materials and products without causing damage.
  • Receive items according to procedures and stock them appropriately.
  • Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
  • Complete Will Calls accurately and timely.
  • Ensure proper documentation and transaction entries are completed.
  • Wear PPE and uniform during shifts, following safety standards.
  • Maintain warehouse and equipment through good housekeeping and safety checks, including forklift inspections.
  • Assist customers and Customer Service Representatives as needed.
  • Follow established procedures, work processes, and company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Work Environment & Scope:
  • Operate within well-defined instructions and supervised tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and order processing.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pass Prove It and driving tests; forklift certification within 30 days.
  • Dependable team player with good work relationships.
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Experience & Education:
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Strong preference for 1+ years of industrial forklift experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, perform repetitive lifting, and stand or walk for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.
