Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1 year of heavy equipment operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain station machinery such as compactors.
• Keep the facility clean and safe by sweeping, mowing, snow removal, and scraping ice.
• Maintain basic records on station use and equipment performance.
• Assist customers unloading trash and inspect loads for unacceptable materials.
• Move recyclable material to the MRF and load trash into semi-trailers.
• Participate in training and other opportunities to support company goals.
