Keep Pearland Beautiful in Pearland, TX is seeking a Recycling Technician to handle post-intake processing, sorting, storage, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

This full-time role requires ability to operate balers, compactors, forklifts, and to maintain a clean, safe work environment while supporting environmental stewardship and community education initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HAZWOPER certification may be required.
• Machinery and equipment certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process recycling commodities and hazardous materials.
• Monitor container and pallet capacity levels for logistics planning.
• Operate machinery such as balers, compactors, and forklifts.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
