Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Recycle Technician to perform recycling and waste-handling tasks in a team environment. The role requires following safety procedures, maintaining logs, and ensuring materials are sorted and kept in clean, organized docks and collection areas.

The position supports shift rotations (Sun-Wed and Wed-Sat) with multiple daily time windows and pays $15.00-$16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of recycling experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential duties safely and satisfactorily.
• Comply with safety rules, policies and procedures.
• Sort and salvage recyclable materials; inspect and maintain containers and docks.
• Maintain logs and schedules; present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Work in a team; take direction from supervisor and lead.
• Handle shredding, cleaning, and waste handling with PPE.
