Job summary

Quad in Franklin, WI, seeks a full-time Recycling Technician/Clamp Truck Operator to operate forklift equipment and manage recyclable materials across the plant. Expect daytime shifts with a 40-hour week and a salary range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and stability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately complete billing and shipping forms.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and write; good verbal and written comprehension.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize job needs.
• Daytime hours, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger.
• Remove recyclables from around the plant for processing.
• Deposit recyclables into the recycling system.
• Operate the baling and shredding system.
• Sort and store recyclables by grade for shipment.
• Load semi-truck trailers and rail cars.
• Complete billing and service-order forms.
• Follow quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
• Adhere to clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
