Job summary

ManpowerGroup USA is working with a recycling and warehouse leader to hire a Clamp Truck Operator in Reading, PA. You will join the warehouse support team, operating a clamp truck to move and load materials safely, contributing to on-time deliveries and efficient processing.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded, with experience operating clamp trucks and a readiness to work on first shift (7am–3:30pm).

Qualifications

• Experience operating clamp trucks or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck to move full bales around the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks using a clamp truck to support on-time deliveries.
• Sort corrugated recycling and filler material into separate bales for processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.

As a Clamp Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring efficient movement and handling of recycled materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Clamp Truck Operator

Location: Reading, PA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm
