Job summary

Quad/Graphics in Franklin, WI, is seeking a full-time Recycling Technician/Clamp Truck Operator for our modern packaging facility. You will coordinate recycling within the plant, operate forklift/tugger, and help load trailers, emphasizing quality, safety and teamwork.

Shift options: Mon-Fri 5 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 9 pm with a $3.00 shift premium. Overtime may be possible; wages start between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour depending on experience and stability.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately complete billing and shipping forms.
• Follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Read and write; good verbal and written comprehension.
• Multi-task and prioritize job needs.
• Lift 10-15 pounds continuously and up to 50 pounds, occasionally.
• Daytime hours, working 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to climb ladders above 12 feet high with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger.
• Removal of all recyclables from around the plant
• Depositing recyclables into the recycling system
• Operating the bailing and shredding system
• Separating and storing the various grades of recyclables for shipment
• Loading semi-truck trailers and rail cars
• Complete basic forms for billing and service orders
• Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.

Quad is seeking a full-time Recycling Technician/Clamp Truck Operator at our Franklin, WI facility.

We have the following shift options to offer:

• Monday - Friday 5 am - 1 pm
• Monday - Friday 1 pm - 9 pm plus $ 3.00 shift premium

Overtime is always a possibility, but never guaranteed. Wages start between $18.00 - $21.00 / hour or more based on relevant work experience and stability with work history.
