Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a dedicated team member at our Fayetteville, NC facility to operate the fiber recycling line, separate recyclables, and ensure material quality. You will follow the O&M manual, maintain housekeeping, and strictly observe safety regulations while supporting production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow directions, with a professional attitude and strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to follow directions.
• Professional attitude and conduct.
• Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed.
• High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Separation of various types of commingle or fiber recyclables.
• Ensure the quality and purity of the material.
• Operate equipment in accordance with O&M manual.
• Check material for quality and conformity.
• Separate out non-recyclable material and trash from the line and place in proper containers.
• Must maintain general housekeeping.
• Must obey all company safety regulations.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
