Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the Paper Recycling Operation in Charlotte, NC.
• Monitor colleague productivity and implement performance plans.
• Run shift meetings, confirm production progress and respond to delays.
• Create and implement group improvement plans.
• Ensure team understands roles and responsibilities and adheres to safety rules.
• Support Greif mission and values and uphold safety regulations.
• Monitor schedules to ensure efficient operations and troubleshoot issues.
