Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with safety programs and OSHA awareness is important.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage schedules and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of shift supervisor, maintenance and all plant employees.
• Oversee daily production schedule and logistics for materials.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and local codes.
• Lead safety programs and promote a safety culture.
• Coordinate maintenance responses and major projects.
• Manage and improve workspace organization and tool efficiency.
