Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience is helpful, but entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Must be able to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push, pull, bend, twist, and lift throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working around dirt, odors, noise, heat, and cold.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check, and employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Move recyclable materials throughout the facility.
• Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handcarts, hoists, and cranes as required.
• Load materials into vehicles.
• Secure loads using straps, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage.
• Move materials from storage or work areas to assigned locations.
• Use tablets to enter and review part numbers, quantities, locations, and other information.
• Attach tags or labels to materials, cases, bales, and containers.
• Properly document completed work.
• Conduct material audits.
• Grade and evaluate materials for their proper destination.
• Follow all workplace and facility safety procedures.
