Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• PIVs (powered industrial vehicles) experience preferred.
• Good attendance and safety records.
• Ability to multi-task and set-up / operate / troubleshoot machines.
• Able to work in a team environment and independently.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Pull and manage recycling material by batch.
• Test quality of plastic products per specs.
• Maintain logs and records; interface with ERP systems.
• Follow safety, environmental, and health guidelines.
• Train others and participate in cross-functional meetings.
