Role Description

We are seeking a Recycling Manufacturing Technician based in Concord, NC, working on a 1st shift (7 am - 3:30 pm). This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves operating recycling equipment, handling materials, troubleshooting, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate industrial film recycling and processing equipment.
  2. Receive on-the-job training for powered industrial vehicles (PIVs).
  3. Monitor machine processes and test product quality.
  4. Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues.
  5. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  6. Keep accurate records and operate relevant software systems.
  7. Perform visual inspections and quality tests.
  8. Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  9. Communicate effectively within the team and other departments.
  10. Train new employees as needed.
  11. Support production throughput and data management.
  12. Identify process improvements and ensure GMP compliance.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.
  • Experience with PIVs is preferred.
  • Strong safety and attendance record.
  • Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency with computers and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Willing to travel up to 5% domestically and internationally.
Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with exposure to chemicals, standing and walking up to 80%, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working in adequate lighting and temperature.
