Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Input materials into grinders and offline equipment, and manage material supply for extrusion.
• Understand start up, shutdown, run parameters and basic troubleshooting per procedures.
• Operate equipment and break down bales of material using physical effort.
• Meet production goals and maintain cost efficiency.
• Complete production paperwork and inventory control processes.
• Follow the production schedule and input plans for vinyl extruders.
• Inspect and segregate PVC from non-PVC materials per QC parameters.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Adhere to safety rules for driving tow motors or forklifts.
• Follow PPE and housekeeping procedures.
