Job summary

Universal Health Services (UHS) seeks a Recruitment Systems Analyst to support recruitment and HR systems across Corporate and field users, focusing on process improvement and compliance.

This role requires strong experience with ATS and HRIS tools, ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders, and excellent communication; you’ll triage issues, train end users, and drive system enhancements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years' experience working within HR Systems or Recruitment Systems Operations.
• Recruitment Systems and or HRIS/ERP - HCM workflow knowledge required.
• Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with iCIMS ATS - and iCIMS suite products, Workday HCM, ERP huge plus.
• Administer support, training and education of HR and recruitment technology and recruitment process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Recruitment and HR technology and processes.
• Troubleshoot functionality of HR and Recruitment related systems.
• Provide support and education to field users as well as management of field user/corporate user support ticketing system.
• Triage and support to remedy issues, provide solutions and educate end users of proper workflow within the systems.
• Maintain compliance and HR best practices through Recruitment systems and integrations.
