Job summary

The George Washington University Hospital is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions. You will develop recruitment plans, advertising programs, metrics, and related activities while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Ideal candidates have a passion for matching the right person to the right job in a healthcare setting and will work onsite to support our facilities and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-care, business, marketing, human resources management or related preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years recruiting experience with high level positions. Health-care preferred.
• Certification preferred (RACR, PHR, HCM, etc.).
• Demonstrated creativity and assertiveness to create compelling sourcing plans.
• Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Office and strong Power Point and Excel skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detailed oriented.
• Effective communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Sensitivity in handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans and research and resolve complex recruitment issues.
