CURRENT OPENINGS:

Technical Recruiters

Base of $50K+, Uncapped Commission

Annual OTE of $80-$150K+

• BS/BA Degree
• 12 months+ of agency recruiting and/or relevant B2B sales experience
• Willing to work onsite in Mansfield, MA, or Shelton, CT
• Competitive and coachable
• Experience with recruiting tools and software is a bonus (i.e. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Navigator, Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, Job Boards, Boolean Search Structure

Recruiting Associates (Resume Sourcers)

This role is intended to progress quickly into a Technical Recruitment role.

Base of $40K+, Uncapped Bonus/Commission structure

Annual OTE of $60-$80K+

• BA/BS Degree
• Recent Grad or Early-Career (0-2 years of experience)
