Tech Mahindra in Greensboro is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment on-site from day one. You will attract, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, administer pre-employment tests, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide timely feedback.

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Onsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location

The pay range for this role is $65k- $75k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. JD :

• Position typically requires 5+ years relevant experience
• Provide knowledge and expertise in full cycle recruitment focused on attracting and hiring future employees including:
  • Promoting the organization's employee value proposition and image as an attractive place to work
  • Attracting, screening, and interviewing candidates for selection and short-listing.
  • Recommending hiring of internal and external candidates for both entry-level and experienced positions.
  • Administering pre-employment tests, checking references, and conducting psychometric assessments when applicable.
  • Providing feedback to non-selected candidates.
  • May assist with job advertising and job-posting on various job-boards.
• On Professional level typically applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience).
• May require the following proficiency:
  • Works independently with general supervision.
• Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
• May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
