Position - Senior Developer (Java + Python)

Location - Plano Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer (Java + Python) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high performance enterprise applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices) and Python for application development, automation, data processing, and integration solutions. The role involves leading technical design discussions, developing robust and secure code, optimizing application performance, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver business critical solutions. The candidate should be proficient in database technologies, API development, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities include:

• analyzing requirements
• translating them into technical solutions
• performing code reviews
• troubleshooting complex production issues
• ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• contributing to architectural decisions

Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), Agile development practices, and AI assisted development tools will be an added advantage.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
