Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to transform AI assisted prototypes and proof of concepts into secure, scalable, and enterprise grade applications that can be successfully deployed, supported, and operated in a cloud native environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, combined with modern frontend development using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and responsive UI frameworks. This role is responsible for the complete software development lifecycle, including solution design, application development, integration, testing, deployment, operationalization, and production support while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and engineering standards. The candidate will design and build robust RESTful APIs, scalable microservices, and event driven integrations while developing intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces. Strong hands on experience with AWS cloud services, containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, Terraform based Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation is essential. The role requires implementing enterprise grade authentication, authorization, security controls, observability, logging, monitoring, and automated testing across both frontend and backend layers. Experience with AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Kiro, along with a solid understanding of Generative AI technologies, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic frameworks, MCP, model fine tuning, and MLOps practices, will be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to convert complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring reliability, maintainability, scalability, and operational excellence in large scale enterprise environments. Strong communication, problem solving, documentation, and production support capabilities are essential, along with the ability to mentor team members and drive engineering best practices across the organization.

The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
