Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or ATS and MS Office; data entry accuracy.

  • Respond to inbound clinician inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Qualify candidates based on work history, licensure, and eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Salesforce and ATS.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with recruiters.

  • Meet productivity metrics for outreach, qualification, and scheduling.

This role utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage candidate information, track activity, and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment process.
