Job summary

Palmetto Goodwill seeks a Recruitment and Operations Specialist to recruit, enroll, and onboard new students while ensuring smooth daily school operations. The role manages applicant communications, schedules tours and orientations, and connects students with staff and services.

Responsibilities include handling operational tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating mail and copier maintenance, and submitting facility requests.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with two (2) years office management experience; Certified Office Manager preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience are strongly preferred.
• Dynamic, energetic, and detail-oriented
• Outstanding communication skills; bilingual Spanish language skills are strongly preferred
• Demonstrates professionalism and a willingness to make a good first impression
• Flexible and adaptable to changing work priorities and schedules
• Empathy in difficult situations and discretion in sharing information
• Knowledgeable about Palmetto Excel, Charleston County Public School district, and other Tri-County area districts to provide callers/visitors with correct information
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and onboard new students.
• Coordinate applicant communications, tours and orientations.
• Connect students with appropriate staff and services.
• Handle operational tasks: ordering supplies, coordinating mail and copier maintenance.
• Submit facility/maintenance requests to Trident Technical College.
