Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in administrative and clerical support.
• Knowledge of human resources management with emphasis on recruitment, selection, and placement.
• Ability to perform HR administrative functions including reviewing and processing applications and resumes, answering applicant questions, creating job postings, and maintaining files.
• Ability to perform basic analyses of data and information and make recommendations.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding applicant and employee information.
• Ability to speak and write effectively.
• Skill in using a computer and office suite software, with emphasis on using word processing software, an HRIS, and Internet research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings on career websites and review resumes.
• Conduct initial screenings, telephone interviews, and draft offer letters.
• Assist onboarding by tracking background checks and employment documents.
• Attend job fairs and represent the Airports Authority for recruiting and branding.
• Create and post vacancy announcements for various occupations and levels.
• Enter data in Workday and other HRIS systems and prepare reports.
• Schedule interviews and perform reference checks.
