Trillium Staffing in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for an in-office, full-time role. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay up to $20/hour depending on experience.

Trillium is expanding their corporate support team and has an immediate opening for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist!

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is a new role in our corporate marketing department that supports national accounts and candidates across the country and will involve the following:

• Handle incoming inquiries from job seekers from the Trillium website via email, SMS and phone
• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to actively post and market jobs on the Trillium website, indeed and other job board partners.
• Handle incoming inquiries from employers looking to hire.
• Assists with marketing jobs to candidates using SMS, email and AI based automation tools.

This is an in-office position located in Kalamazoo, MIwith an interactive team who collectively hires more than 1,000 people across the country each year. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The pay rate is up to $20/hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, computer skills and customer service skills
• Previous experience in an HR, recruiting or staffing role preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a service role
• Must pass pre-employment screenings
