Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and executives across Trillium Living companies.
• Consult on role requirements, hiring priorities, recruitment timelines, and market conditions.
• Guide leaders through competency-based interviewing and structured selection processes.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment for open positions.
• Source, screen, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Assist with internal transfers of employees to open positions.
• Build talent pipeline for hard to fill positions.
• Extend employment offers and support onboarding activities.
• Attend career fairs, networking events and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, workforce agencies, social media campaigns and employer branding efforts.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and hiring managers.
• Assist the HR Generalist with employee inquiries, issues, etc.
