Job summary

Teknor Apex is seeking a creative Recruitment Marketing Intern/Co-op to strengthen our employment brand and attract top talent across manufacturing, engineering, and business roles. You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS or MS in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create engaging content.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
• Experience editing video using Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to transform existing footage into engaging digital content for social media and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop on-brand recruitment marketing content for campaigns across social, videos, graphics, and ads.
• Create recruitment videos using company footage, interviews, and event content.
• Edit and produce short/long-form video content for LinkedIn, career sites, and internal comms.
• Maintain Teknor Apex employer brand across LinkedIn, Handshake, and career platforms.
• Assist with campus recruiting events, career fairs, internships, and co-op programs.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital signage.
