Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Recruitment Manager for our Rochester, NY on-site team. You will lead recruitment operations, provide oversight and guidance, and partner with departments to grow staffing for home healthcare professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, extensive healthcare recruitment experience, and proven leadership in a metrics-driven environment. On-site, Monday–Friday with occasional local travel to events and partner schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive full cycle recruitment experience in healthcare; home care experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong orientation to metrics and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of the Rochester-based recruitment team.
• Support and develop all recruitment team members including regular professional development, meetings, teambuilding and morale.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting and hiring HHA/PCA candidates.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Review recruitment documents to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Build relationships with local businesses, HHA schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand awareness.
• Serve as point of contact and build relationships during recruitment cycle and after hire.
• Occasionally support other offices, orientation sessions, or events outside normal hours.
