What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

In this fully remote role, you will work closely with the Human Resources team, reporting directly to the VP of HR. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm MST.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including internal, contract, corporate, operations, and executive positions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, advise on recruitment practices, and assist in candidate selection.
  • Own and optimize the recruitment budget, track costs, and create monthly reports on market trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, maintain relationships with partners, and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, handling a range of positions from entry to executive level.
  • Previous agency experience in permanent placement is preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in human resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Comfort in engaging with and advising senior management and executives.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interview Process
  • 20-minute preliminary phone interview with our Recruiter.
  • 20-40 minute assessment, depending on practice questions or breaks.
  • 30-minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and Supervisor.
