Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain database and data summaries to address KPIs for the NBU: recruitment, hiring, retention, turnover, staff performance.
• Set goals for staffing and develop data-based onboarding, training performance, and quality of new hires.
• Coordinate the hiring process: provide information to applicants, pre-screen, schedule and conduct interviews, and process applications.
• Recruit NBU staff by engaging local colleges/universities, presenting at career fairs, and maintaining recruitment materials and job postings.
• Collaborate with leadership to address personnel matters and develop strategic plans for NBU KPIs and initiatives.
• Submit recruitment itinerary to NBU Leadership for monthly approval.
• Develop and maintain recruitment partnerships for job fairs and events; coordinate activities and calendars; communicate scheduling updates.
• Maintain a budget for recruitment efforts and submit quarterly expense reports and projections.
