HKS, Inc. is offering a Spring 2027 Talent Acquisition internship in Dallas. You will assist in campus recruiting, register for career fairs, and help manage branding and communications for our recruiting efforts.

This role requires a presence in the Dallas office for at least 20 hours per week and a basic understanding of hiring practices. You will collaborate with the TA team, participate in events, and support strategic TA initiatives while gaining exposure to a professional recruiting

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a professional degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field at an accredited school.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience.
• Able to be in the Dallas office for at least 20 hours a week.
• MS Office Suite proficiency preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hiring practices, policies, and employment law preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Mansioni

• Assists in campus recruiting efforts for assigned sector and/or region alongside managing Talent team member.
• Registers for career fairs and events and maintains accessible information for the Talent team.
• Organizes and tracks career fair materials (giveaways, signs, banners, tablecloths) and inventory.
• Plans shipping routes for career fair materials and tracks status.
• Coordinates and communicates logistics to attending employees for Talent-led campus events.
• Oversee campus feedback during career fair season in collaboration with the managing Talent team member.
• Builds pipelines and tracks communications with top candidates met at fairs or events.
• Promotes and communicates employment branding initiatives internally.
• Participates in various strategic initiatives and projects.
• Attends Quarterly Hiring Summit(s) and weekly team meetings.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team to build relationships with managers and leaders to partner effectively.
• Collaborates to pursue top talent at career events.
• Supports Social Equity goals and encourages diverse thinking and candidates.
• Contributes to Talent Acquisition projects and programs.
• Stays current with TA trends and best practices.
• Participates in team meetings and shares information.
