Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an administrative support professional for the Recruitment team. You will coordinate interview and travel schedules, draft candidate communications, and process relocation reimbursements and sign-ons, while supporting major recruitment projects.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of administrative experience or a relevant degree, and strong MS Office skills with the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience providing administrative support or Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and handling confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and confirms interview and travel schedules with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Drafts, sends, and manages candidate correspondence/communications.
  • Submits sign-on bonuses and relocation reimbursements for approval and prepares written authorization for relocation to third-party vendor.
  • Coordinates, manages, and reports on various recruitment projects as needed, including major hiring initiatives, interview days, expansions, etc.
  • Provides reporting and analytics to recruiters.
  • Acts as day-of-interview concierge for Physician and Executive level candidates.
  • Participates in department process improvement initiatives.
  • Conducts research and presents findings on various recruiting related topics.
  • Monitors recruiting inbox and promptly responds to inquiries.
  • Serves as resource for HRSC (related to recruiting activity).

Job Description

Provides administrative, logistical, and customer support to the Recruitment team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure efficiency and accuracy regarding the staffing and selection process.

Experience 1 year of experience providing administrative support or Bachelor's degree in lieu of experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in human resources
  • Experience in corporate or agency healthcare recruitment
  • Education High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification Summary No professional certifications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to interface with a diverse mix of people, including senior leadership, and handle difficult situations
  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work independently
  • Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and annunciation
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong administrative skills, including typing a minimum of 45 error-free words per minute
