We are seeking a recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates, manage onboarding, and support hiring managers. The role emphasizes sourcing talent, evaluating fit, and maintaining strong candidate relationships in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Industrial construction staffing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with social media.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates.
• Facilitate full-cycle recruitment, including onboarding.
• Make hiring decisions based on candidates' skills and experience.
• Evaluate candidates using defined success profiles for each role.
• Coordinate with Hiring Manager; collect feedback and track decisions.
• Meet with internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals.
• Categorize and classify candidates by skills, goals, and interests.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and serve as ongoing employment resource.

Job description

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process, including executing onboarding procedures.
• Make hiring and placement decisions based on candidates' skill sets, work experience, and suitability for the open position.
• Evaluate and assess candidates based on the success profile(s) for specific job requirements.
• Hiring Manager coordination, collect interview feedback, track hiring decisions, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Meet regularly with the internal team to review progress toward weekly production goals and overall performance.
• Categorize and classify candidates based on skills, goals, and interests.
• Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, serving as a resource for employment opportunities.

Position Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Recruiting.
• Human Resources administrative skills.
• A valid driver’s license is required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
• Previous industrial construction staffing experience preferred, not required.
• Strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Motivation to achieve predetermined goals and expectations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and external candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent time management, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

Education:

High school diploma required.

Bachelors' Degree preferred.
