Job summary

CB Partners in Denver is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll support recruiters by identifying candidates, building talent lists, and keeping candidate data organized in our ATS/CRM.

Previous recruiting experience isn’t required; we value a strong work ethic, organization, and eagerness to learn. You’ll engage with new contacts, post openings across platforms, format resumes for client presentations, and help move searches forward in a fast-paced, collaborative

• Build targeted candidate lists using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, email, and other platforms.
• Review incoming applicants and identify potential fits.
• Help manage candidate pipelines and keep information organized in our ATS/CRM.
• Post and maintain job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Format resumes and prepare candidate information for client presentation.
• Assist with candidate write-ups and reference checks.
• Help recruiters reconnect with candidates in our existing network.
• Maintain accurate candidate and search information in our ATS/CRM.
• Support recruiters throughout the search process.

CB Partners is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

This is an opportunity to start or grow a career in recruiting while working alongside an experienced team. You’ll play an important role in helping our recruiters identify great candidates, connect with talent, and keep searches moving.

Previous recruiting experience is not required. We’re looking for someone who is organized, motivated, comfortable communicating with new people, and excited to learn.

What You’ll Do
