New York Blood Center (NYBC) is seeking an Administrative Support for the Donor Recruitment Department in the New York area. You will assist Account Managers in preparing for upcoming blood drives and manage inventory of supplies and promotional materials.
You will coordinate publicity materials, update databases, generate donor lists and reports, and handle routine office duties. Travel up to 25% may be required to support donor centers and events.
This position is responsible for all aspects of administrative support for the Donor Recruitment Department and others as assigned. Responsible for assisting Account Managers administratively in the preparation of blood drives.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hiring rate is $23.00p/hr. to $25.00p/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
